PRODUCT DATA SHEET:
KP-2027A is an anion exchange resin synthesized with special technology. For its superior features of highly firm and solid structure and low swelling rate of granularity after reversible ionic replacement reactions, this resin performs with its high anti-osmotic efficiency and good oxidation resistance. This resin remains function with excellent ions exchange &de-coloring and de-odorizing performance within both organic and inorganic solutions, for its superior feature that mesh porosity of the resin does not vary from solution swelling. It is specialized in removing mineral substances and organic molecules from food &beverage waste liquids for further recycle and pure-water preparations to serve refining production purposes.
In specific F&B application scenarios as sugar refining, the majority of pollutants dissolved in molasses wastewater range from such inorganic salts as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium to large amounts of dark pigments resulting from concentrated byproducts of glucose, protein or amino acids,etc.
KP-2027A is hereby used to ensure all the anions of such strong-acid, medium or weak-acid salts as nitrate, phosphate or carbonate and strong-base salts as calcium salts are completely removed, for its special strong-alkaline groups' adsorbability to both strong and weak radicals. Meanwhile traces of residual non-polarity and weak negative-polarity organic molecules of pigment or odor can also readily to be tightly captured by its macroporous porosity-structure.
For thorough purified-water preparations for further refining production, KP-007 is often coupled with KP-2027A to secure absolute removal of dissolved metallic ions or ammonium nitrogen cations of those inorganic salts, for the special strong-acid functional groups of KP-007 playing a key role in adsorbing those strong cations as well as potential non-polarity and positive-polarity organic molecules that form 'cholored or odorous solutes' therein.
Plus the strong property of its groups empowering hard elution and low regeneration efficiency, KP-2027A therefore is widely coupled applied in food &beverage industry to recycle used-water for de-ionized pure water preparations in refining production.
