PRODUCT DATA SHEET:
MPR-4.5IF-1H-1.25OH powder is specially designed with mixed by cation resin(H+ form) and anion resin(OH- form) in ratio of 1.0 to 1.25, together with 4.5 proportion of paper inert fibre as a full mixture. It mainly serves fine treatment of condensate water polishing process, in the scope of removing a large amount of collodial-grade substances as corrosion products, inactive crystalline like silica(SiO2) as well as other impurity ions. In general, it fits solutions where strong&weak acids are 1.25 times those of strong&weak cations that are required to be separated, especially high purity water yield quality is required.
At operation, mixed resin powder with paper inert fibre that functions as 'precoat on filter media', is covered above filter membrane to secure the quality of the condensed water yield and meet the optimal criteria at level of economy and safety.
Featured by its ultra fast exchange velocity, large exchange capacity, strong resistance to heat and oxidation, MPR-4.5IF-1H-1.25OH performs even more efficiently by the thinner and denser resin layers it forms, than traditional deep-bed condensate polishing method.
This mixture powder is recommended to be in use during commissioning of turbine, or at the startup phase of the generator set in condensate polishing system to quickly remove large capacity of impurities in condensate water and thus decreasing the commissioning costs.
