Weak-Base Anion-Exchange Resin
D301TB is a premium-grade weakly basic polystyrene anion exchange resin of chemosynthetic macropores, linking dimethylamino as functional groups, synthesized by special technology. Due to its high intensity and macropore-structure, excellent regeneration efficiency as well as strong rinse performance, especially its peculiar selectivity towards strong anions, this resin is optimally specialized in removing all the strong acids radicals of the inorganic salts as well as strong negative organic macro-molecules(ie. pigment, odor impurities) within raw water.
Stacking by specific gravity of resin beds from light to heavy, D301TB often overlies on the very top for its lighter moisture true density while the heavy cation-bed is placed on the bottom. With adding extra inert-resin bed of medium density in between, altogether a three-layer bed water treatment system is fully configured to process general demineralization &decolorization water treatment and condensed water preparations within various industries.
Likewise, as for absolute de-anionization and deorganics of impurities purposes, the tribed composite system will accordingly be reconfiguired into a weak-base resin bed placing D301TB lies on top for its strong resistance to organic poisoning upon upstream influx, another strong-base resin bed filled with D201TB or D202TB stacked on the bottom, interposed by inert resin bed in between, to fulfill the separation of anionic metallic complexes, heavy metal pollutants, organic toxicants, inorganic minerals, etc.
