PRODUCT DATA SHEET:

D7530 is a macroporous styrene-based ion exchange resin with N-methylglucamine as the chelating functional group, which can selectively bind with borate ions to form a very stable complex, while other anions do not react at all. This unique sugar-like active group thereby performs high adsorption capacity with fast velocity specifically for boric acid and borate removal mainly from irrigation water, potable water and ultrapure water in semiconductor industry, and in other chemical processes as well. To name a few, in the wastewater treatment of fossil fuel power plants, purification of magnesium or lithium brines, boron de-concentration for produced water reuse for gel fracking formulations, flue gas desulphurization and sewage treatment and the like.
